Returns & Exchanges:
In Case of return, please reach out to us.
You can exchange items within 3 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
Proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges.
Items purchased during sales or promotions may not be eligible for returns or exchanges.
Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed within 10 working days, and the amount will be credited back to your original payment method.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or incorrect.

Damages and issues
